Fitness studio to open in East Cobb; scouting Atlanta for second location.
A brand of fitness studios is looking to expand in metro Atlanta.
The Bar Method, an exercise studio with classes that focus on use of a ballet barre, will open its first Metro Atlanta location in Merchant’s Walk, at 1289 Johnson Ferry Road Suite 440.
Entrepreneurs Ashley Watt and Melissa White have the franchising rights for The Bar Method in Atlanta, according to Greta Sanders of Kim King Associates. Sanders and partner Jason Watt (no affiliation to the client) represented the tenant in this transaction.
Watt and White are scouting locations in Atlanta to open a second Bar Method, Sanders told What Now Atlanta in an email Sunday.
“We thought the demographics of East Cobb would be the perfect area for The Bar Method to launch their franchise for Atlanta,” Sanders said.
“There are over 60 locations nationwide and we were excited to represent them with their first Georgia location.”
The Bar Method is slated to open its Merchant’s Walk location sometime in October.
