Capital City Real Estate (CCRE) last week began sales at its Virginia-Highland residential project The Roycraft Condos, at 675 Drewry St NE. Delivery is planned for 2021.
“Inspired by the Craftsman movement in the United States, ‘The Roycraft’ will offer a high-end living experience through detailed design, functional floorplans, and quality amenity spaces located directly on the Atlanta BeltLine,” according to CCRE’s website for The Roycraft.
“CCRE plans to develop 42 well-appointed residences in this boutique condominium which will also include penthouses with expansive private roof decks. ‘The Roycraft’, located on what used to be Roy Street, takes its design cues from the historic Virginia-Highland neighborhood and its craftsman-style architecture, but with a slightly modern twist.”
The Roycraft has floorplans available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations ranging between 889 and 1,760 square feet. All residences feature balconies including rooftop terraces on the Penthouse level. Among the amenities will be a two-story club room facing the Atlanta BeltLine, featuring an outdoor terrace, fireplace, game tables, seating, and a dog wash station.
Condos start in the low $400s.
