A developer has filed plans with the city of Atlanta to turn an aging warehouse property in English Avenue along Joseph E. Boone Boulevard into a new eating and drinking establishment named Se7en.

The property owner and applicant listed in a special administrative permit application filed with the city in early April is shown as Matthew Morrison of 777M LLC. Atlanta-based architecture Plexus R+D is also involved in the proposed development, according to SAP filings.

The property to be converted is a one-story, roughly 36,000-square-foot industrial building at 537 Joseph E. Boone Blvd., at the northeastern corner of Joseph E. Boone Boulevard and Maple Street. It is unclear exactly what type of tenant the development team has planned for the renovated property.

Morrison didn’t respond to a request for comment on plans for the project.

Fulton County property records show that the site was purchased by 523 Simpson Road LLC in 2018 for about $2.14 million.

Project plans show the new development would provide 26 automobile parking spaces.
