The mixed-use development announced the news on social media Friday.

Avalon is getting a Chick-fil-A, the 86-acre mixed-use development in Alpharetta announced on its Facebook and Instagram pages Friday.

“Who’s ready to welcome a hometown favorite to Avalon,” the shopping center posted to Facebook with a picture of the Chick-fil-A logo.

“Soon, you’ll be able to share with friends,” the caption for a picture of Chick-fil-A waffle fries on Avalon’s Instagram channel mentions. “Can you guess what’s coming to Avalon?”
