The fast-casual, health-conscious chain, inked a multi-unit franchise deal for the metro-area.

Grabbagreen, an Arizona-based fast-casual restaurant specializing in “healthy organic fast-food with valet service,” inked a multi-unit franchise agreement with Atlanta local Lauren Ramsey, the company Tuesday announced in a press release.

Ramsey will be a first-time restaurant owner, according to the future Grabbagreen franchisee’s LinkedIn profile. Ramsey’s worked for Microsoft nearly 18 years in every department from Customer service to Partner Channel Management.

Ramsey will open three Grabbagreen locations in the Atlanta area over the next two years, with the first store aiming to be open in the first quarter of 2017. No leases have been secured.

“Grabbagreen is the first fast food concept of its kind serving organic food items, antibiotic and hormone-free beef, poultry and fresh-pressed juice in the country,” according to the release.

From 2013 to 2015, Grabbagreen operated three corporate stores in Arizona before moving towards a franchising model and has since executed 62 franchise agreements and more than 180 development agreements. At least 15 locations are schedule to open across the U.S. this year in Florida, Texas, California, North Carolina, Minnesota, Colorado, Idaho, New Jersey, Tennessee and Arizona.

“Our recent agreements give us the opportunity to show more of the country what Grabbagreen is all about: Healthy food, fast, that tastes great,” Keely Newman, Grabbagreen CEO and co-founder, said in the release.

“Lauren has the passion and dedication to be part of this journey, and we are excited to fulfill Atlanta’s need for clean food, great juice and smoothies.”

At Grabbagreen expect “preservative-free, naturally gluten-free, no GMO whole food menu” items including juices, smoothies, hot grains, cold greens and and “no hormone or antibiotic proteins” from local farms.
