Restaurant coming soon to Midtown’s 1180 Peachtree building.
Legacy Restaurant Partners, a division of Legacy Property Group, in a press release Saturday announced its new 9,500-square-foot combined restaurant and event space Olmsted will open, September 27.
The name Olmsted pays homage to the memory of Frederick Law Olmsted, known as “the father of landscape design,” and the shaping of modern-day life in Atlanta, according to the release.
The restaurant, at 1180 Peachtree Street, Suite A, will serve bistro fare combined with daily fresh-fish specials tailored as an “executive-style lunch experience with sophisticated, unobtrusive service,” Monday through Friday, the release notes.
On the weekends, Olmsted will serve brunch in its graden. In the evenings and on the weekends after brunch, the space will be utilized for private events.
Legacy Property Group’s in-house design and development team renovated the space connecting its interior and outdoor garden spaces.
A parking deck is located next to the restaurant with an entrance off of Peachtree Street as well as off of 14th Street. There is a complimentary valet service at both entrances for guests dining in, and validated self-parking for up to two hours.
