The quick-service sandwich franchisee will open in The Windsor Over Peachtree.
It’s back to subs for one Midtown restaurant space.
Subway has filed plans with City of Atlanta to open a sandwich shop in The Windsor Over Peachtree building, at 620 Peachtree Street.
Subway will replace the now-shuttered Pita’s Republic Grill in the Midtown high-rise.
Before the Mediterranean concept opened in the 1,400-square-foot space, Gorin’s Homemade Ice Cream and Sandwiches had a short run there, and it was TJ’s Subs before that.
Subway will spend about $9,000 converting the space in the condo building into the sandwich restaurant.
