Joy Merle’s catering company Finding Flavor has provided craft services for countless film sets and business engagements in the Atlanta area and now, they are building out an HQ to conduct operations out of. The build-out, confirmed by Merle, will be at 115 Davis Cir in Marietta.
The Finding Flavor website lists its expansive list of film sets it’s worked on — from The Avengers to Jumanji. Merle’s company also caters to business events and things like that. Merle hinted at a future extension of their business and even plans to launch another company entirely. They told What Now Atlanta that they will soon provide updates on that new concept, which will branch out into the consumer market.
Finding Flavor’s food concepts are broken down into themed categories: Bangkok Nights, which focuses on Thai food like Pho and Phat Khi Mo Thai; Southern Provision, with Nashville hot chicken and BBQ options; Indian, with items like Curry and New Delhi Shrimp Marsala; and others like French Creole Crave and Mama Mia.
