South Korean salad chain Salady is expanding its Colorado footprint with a new restaurant planned for Parker.
The restaurant is coming to 9700 S. Parker Road, Suite 700, at Parker Gateway Marketplace, according to DougCo Social.
Salady is one of South Korea’s largest salad franchises, with more than 300 locations. The fast-casual concept has been expanding its presence in the US, offering a menu centered on salads, warm grain bowls, wraps, and other customizable options.
Customers can choose from menu items featuring a range of proteins, vegetables, and toppings, with options that go beyond the traditional salad-focused restaurant.
The Parker restaurant will be part of Salady’s ongoing expansion in Colorado, as the Korean-born brand continues to introduce its concept to more US markets.
