What Now Los Angeles Friday uncovered a rendering and additional details—including a project name—for a planned San Pedro mixed-use development, at 2111-2139 S. Pacific Avenue.
Called The Pacific, the forthcoming development will offer 101 apartments and ground-level commercial space.
Plans were first submitted to the City of Los Angeles in August for the project.
Developers on Saturday are slated to meet with the Coastal San Pedro Neighborhood Council to present The Pacific.
The Pacific is “100 percent privately funded, not receiving tax incentives, and is not a public housing project.”
It will, however, offer 12 very low-income affordable units.
