The restaurant is required to follow the guidelines mentioned in the official inspection report and correct all the major and minor violations. The restaurant needs to make corrective actions to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

As Taj Grill Indian Cuisine received a yellow placard during its routine health inspection, the department will conduct a reinspection within 24-72 hours. The restaurant has to pay additional fees for the reinspection.

The restaurant is required to successfully pass the reinspection to receive a green placard from Sacramento County. For now, the yellow placard must remain on display.
