300,000-Square-Foot Development Breaks Ground in Dallas’ Knox Street Area
The Knox Street development team has broken ground on Knox & McKinney, a boutique office and luxury retail project in Dallas. The 300,000-square-foot project, backed by a joint venture including BDT & MSD Partners, Trammell Crow Company, and The Retail Connection, is expected to be completed in 2028. Knox & McKinney is a 12-story Class AA tower at 4544 McKinney Avenue that will feature 280,000 square feet of premium office space. Plans also call for 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and dining space, according to project details. “We’ve been very intentional about how each piece of Knox Street comes together, and Knox & McKinney is an important next step in that evolution,” said Sabrina Gleizer, Partner at BDT & MSD. “It delivers an exceptional boutique office environment, paired with elevated retail and dining that reflect the same level of quality and curation we’re bringing to the neighborhood more broadly,” added Gleizer.
