64-Unit Affordable Housing Community Breaks Ground in Casa Grande
Casa Grande Apartments celebrates its groundbreaking today. The project will bring affordable apartment homes to Casa Grande. Several public and private organizations will also fund it. Gorman & Company and city officials will celebrate the groundbreaking of Casa Grande Apartments on June 10. The project is located at 115 W. Main Avenue in Casa Grande. The development will include 64 affordable apartment homes across three residential buildings. The development will preserve and renovate the historic Shonessy House. It will serve as a community space and leasing office. “The City of Casa Grande is thrilled to have Gorman & Company bring this project to our community,” said Robert Aldous, assistant to the city manager of Casa Grande. “This development will preserve the site’s historic character, support downtown revitalization, and expand high-quality housing options for Casa Grande residents.”
