Comfort Inn & Suites has opened near Orlando Sanford Airport, becoming the closest hotel to the airport and providing modern accommodations for Central Florida travelers. The hotel was built using tilt-wall construction, which sped up the build and reduced long-term costs. Orlando-based construction firm Lamm & Company Partners has completed and opened a new hotel near Orlando Sanford Airport. The new hotel, Comfort Inn & Suites, is now the closest property near the airport, aiming to serve travelers. The hotel is located at 3043 E. Lake Mary Blvd. The hotel is expected to support Central Florida’s continued growth. It satisfies the area’s demand for new hotels as business travel, sports tourism, and overall visitor demand increase. The opening of this hotel highlights the development of the Sanford corridor. Spanning 76,525 square feet, the 111-room hotel was designed by FK Architecture. It was completed through a partnership between Lamm & Company Partners, Airsan Investments, LLC, and Newport Hospitality Group. Airsan Investments, LLC owns the property, while Newport Hospitality Group will operate the hotel.
